Who will this workshop be particularly useful, who should take part in it in particular?

The Workshop is aimed at people who stare running startups and are looking for opportunities to obtain funding from a VC, PE, or other funding institutions. In particular, business owners, financial managers, and people who wish to meet potential investors should take part.

What is your personal experience in this industry?

I am an experienced financier, certified accountant, and partner in RSM Poland responsible for business development and attracting foreign investors – especially in Polish-Chinese relations. I have 17 years of experience in management and management of accounting, finance, tax, human resources, and payroll departments, as well as in the development and implementation of strategies for the development of companies with Polish and international capital. I specialize in optimizing their business processes and obtaining funding from both PE, VC, and crowdfunding. I am a person who is highly experienced in managing companies. In addition, I have repeatedly helped companies to enter the next stage of development. I have knowledge in the field of financial issues and in the field of building and implementing the company’s strategy. I have supported, among others, fast-growing IT companies, which have won numerous awards in such competitions as Deloitte Fast 50, and companies that are strategic suppliers to international trade networks.

What is your knowledge unique in, and what problems will it help solve?

My expertise will help companies get to the next stage of development and get a true valuation in line with market value. It will allow you to understand at least the five most important elements that investors are looking for in the financial data provided by companies.

Why should startups take part in the event?

The Webinar will allow you to gain very important knowledge about investor expectations. It is based on my experience working with both PE and VC. It will systematize knowledge and provide guidance as to what should be reviewed in a company.

Is there anything that needs to be prepared before the workshop to squeeze even more out of the content?

First of all, you should carefully review your company’s finances, including financial statements and procedures for analyzing financial data on a monthly basis.
