How did you learn about the UFS, what were your expectations, and what experience did you get?
We learned about the USF from the news, namely that applications for participation were accepted from the beginning of December 2019. At that time, the concept of the FlameBlocks software product had already taken shape, we described it and submitted an application. The most interesting point was presentating the concept of visual programming — how much this principle will be of interest and whether its idea will be clear to experts and the competition jury. The experience we got was invaluable, from the development of the Pitch Deck to what mistakes were made during the pitch itself and the presentation of the startup concept.
How do you assess your chances to win, or is this your main goal of your participating in the UFS?
I think that our chances after the Pitch Day are not very high (we were the 12th, that is came last in the rating). However, having made conclusions, we continue to work on both the software itself and the concept of bringing it to the market.
